Tech Orbit – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tech Orbit. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.

Returns

  • You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Certain products, such as personalized or damaged items, may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to a Tech Orbit error.

Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange an item, contact us at support@techorbit.com and we will guide you through the process.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
